Kiley Cox is a licensed real estate agent who specializes in working with first-time homebuyers and luxury lease listings in the Chicago area. 

Kiley brings a mix of local market insight and creative background in marketing and design to the Dawn McKenna Group. She grew up in Western Springs and attended Saint John of the Cross grade school. It was while attending Saint Ignatius College Prep that she fell in love with the downtown Chicago lifestyle. Her studies took her to the University of Notre Dame, where she earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Design. Shortly after graduating cum laude, Kiley moved back to Chicago to work as a graphic designer and study for her real estate license. She joined the Dawn McKenna Group in 2018, helping to launch the group’s rental collegiate program with the first “How to Rent in Chicago” event at her alma mater. Additionally, she oversaw the group’s marketing initiatives during an extensive rebranding effort that included everything from a new 180-page listing presentation to property brochures, postcards, social media, new development marketing, and more.

Today, Kiley’s marketing prowess and deep knowledge of Chicago's unique neighborhoods have made her an invaluable resource for clients looking to buy or rent. The success she has achieved in a short amount of time underscores her passion for real estate and commitment to her clients. She moved 64 clients in 2018 and 109 clients in 2019. Kiley also recently obtained her real estate license in Naples, Florida, near her family’s vacation home in Port Royal.
